(a) (EDITOR'S NOTE: Subsection (a) was repealed by Ordinance 90-0-18, passed October 23, 1990.)
(b) There shall be provided at no cost for all special policemen while on active duty ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) accidental death and dismemberment insurance. This coverage shall not apply when such special policemen are not on active duty.
(c) There shall be provided at no cost for all firefighters while on active duty ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) accidental death and dismemberment insurance. This coverage shall not apply when such firefighters are on stand-by duty.
