250.10 MILITARY LEAVE.

In all instances where employees leave to enter military service they shall be placed on military leave of absence without pay. Such leave shall run from the time the employee leaves his employment to the time he either returns to work or ceases to have reinstatement rights under Federal law, whichever occurs first.
