The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement and plan of industrial, commercial, distribution and research development with the Community Improvement Corporation of the County in substantially the form and containing the provisions attached to original Ordinance 79-0-28, passed September 25, 1979, and confirming the terms and provisions of such agreement and plan in all respects insofar as they embody and constitute the plan of industrial, commercial, distribution and research development for the City under Ohio R. C.1724.10.
