An impressed petty cash fund in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00) is hereby authorized for the Fire Department, chargeable to the Fire Chief, to be accounted for at all times with receipted invoices and cash and to be reconciled periodically by and as determined by the Administrative Assistant and applied properly to the appropriate accounts of the Department.
