230.05 DRUG LAW ENFORCEMENT FUND.

(a) There is hereby established a Drug Law Enforcement Fund, to be funded pursuant to Ohio R.C.2925.03(J) and (K) and to be appropriated as provided by law.

(b) The Administrative Director shall submit a request to the State Auditor for approval and permission, as necessary, to establish a Drug Law Enforcement Fund.
