(a) There is hereby established a Law Enforcement Trust Fund, to be funded pursuant to Ohio R.C.2933.43(D) and to be appropriated as provided by law.
(b) The Administrative Director shall submit a request to the State Auditor for approval and permission, as necessary, to establish a Law Enforcement Trust Fund
