A petty cash fund in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00) is hereby authorized for the Police Department, chargeable to the Chief of Police, to be accounted for at all times with receipted invoices and cash and to be reconciled monthly by the Administrative Assistant and applied properly to the appropriation account of the Department. Such account shall be governed in accordance with instructions issued by the State Examiner to the City on April 30, 1968.
