Each person desiring to become a candidate for the office of Mayor shall, not later than 4:00 p.m. of the sixtieth day before the primary election held pursuant to Section 220.01, file a declaration of candidacy and petition with the County Board of Elections and pay the filing fee required by Ohio R.C.3513.10.
