210.10   ASSISTANT CLERK OF COUNCIL.
   (a)   There is hereby established the position of Assistant Clerk of Council, to serve in the absence of the Clerk of Council.

   (b)   The Assistant Clerk of Council shall be compensated as determined from time to time by Council.

   (c)   If both the Clerk of Council and the Assistant Clerk of Council are unable to fulfill their duties, then Council retains the right to appoint, by motion, another Assistant Clerk of Council to serve, until either the Clerk or the Assistant Clerk is able to resume such service.
