210.03   ORDER OF BUSINESS.
   The order of business of Council shall be as follows:
   (a)   Call to order, pledge of allegiance, roll call;
   (b)   Public hearings;
   (c)   Reading of minutes;
   (d)   Presentation of petitions, memorials and remonstrances;
   (e)   Administration reports;
   (f)   Council's questions concerning administration reports;
   (g)   Correspondence;
   (h)   Board/committee/commission reports;
   (i)   Open to the public;
   (j)   Consideration of legislation before Council;
   (k)   Old business;
   (l)   New business;
   (m)   Announcements and setting of meetings, committee assignments;
   (n)   Open to the public; and (o) Adjournment.
