Regular meetings of Council shall be held on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month, unless otherwise ordered by vote of Council. Such meetings shall be held at the Council Chambers and shall begin at 7:00 p.m. and continue until adjourned. No meeting shall continue beyond midnight. An adjourned meeting shall resume on a date agreed by a majority of Council.
