389.12 PARKING IN FIRE LANES, NEAR HYDRANTS.
   (a)    No person shall stop, stand or park a motor vehicle within ten feet of a fire hydrant nor in any marked fire lane in a shopping center or upon any public grounds.
   (b)    Uniformed officers and members of the City of Mentor Fire Department may issue citations for violations and enforcement of Sections 389.11 and 389.12 in the same manner as exercised by members of the Police Department, under and by virtue of Section 389.02 notwithstanding any other provisions of this chapter.
   (c)    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a third degree misdemeanor.
