9-1-9: PERMIT FEES:
   A.   Permit Fees: The permit fees shall be the same as specified in section 1-9-5 of this code.
   B.   Failure To Obtain Permit: In addition to the provisions of sections 1-4-5 and 1-4-6 of this code, failure to obtain the required permit prior to commencing the work for any work covered by this chapter shall result in a penalty of double the fee established by this section, plus an additional twenty five dollar ($25.00) penalty fee.
