A. Deposit Of Trash In Streets Prohibited:
1. No person, firm or corporation shall place or deposit any leaves, grass, garbage, ashes, refuse or other rubbish between the curbs or between the curb lines of any street within the corporate limits of the city, or in any gutter, ditch or drain along or in any such street.
2. The transporting of any aforementioned refuse or solid waste shall be done with covering or other securement to prevent spilling or deposit of the refuse or waste upon any public street.
B. Burning Of Trash In Streets Prohibited: No person, firm, or corporation shall set fire to, or burn any leaves, grass, garbage, refuse or other rubbish between the curb or between the curb lines of any street within the corporate limits of the city, or in any gutter, ditch or drain along or in any such street.
