7-1-2: ENCROACHMENT OF RIGHTS-OF-WAY:
No fence, stand, building or any other structure or object, including those caused by acquisition of new or increased widths of streets, shall encroach upon, under or over any street right- of-way, unless otherwise permitted by the Building Code or is an authorized parklet or pedlet. Elevated walkways across street rights-of-way which are open at both ends for use by the public, and an enclosed elevated walkway across a street right-of-way connecting two (2) buildings on either side of the street right- of-way, are permitted. Prohibited encroachments shall be removed according to section 86.04, Wisconsin Statutes. (Ord. 2017-10, 11-6-2017)
