A. Highways Designated: In the interest of public safety and pursuant to section 349.07, Wisconsin Statutes, the following streets or portions thereof are declared to be through highways, and traffic signs or signals giving notice thereof shall be erected by the Street Department in accordance with section 6-2-1 of this title:
BADGER DRIVE from the east line of Parkway Road easterly to the City limits.
BALLENTINE ROAD from the north line of Scritsmier Avenue to the south line of Evans Lane and from the north line of Evans Lane to the west line of Ingalls Road.
BONGEY DRIVE from the south line of 21st Avenue West to the north line of 28th Avenue West, and from the south line of 28th Avenue West to the south City limits.
BROADWAY AND NORTH BROADWAY from the northerly City limits to the north line of Cedar Falls Road, from the south line of Cedar Falls Road to the north line of the north Interstate 94 exit-entrance ramp, from the south line of the north Interstate 94 exit-entrance ramp to the north line of the south Interstate 94 exit-entrance ramp, from the south line of the south Interstate 94 exit-entrance ramp to the north line of Oak Avenue, from the south line of Oak Avenue to the north line of Pine Avenue, from the south line of Pine Avenue to the north line of Wolske Bay Road and Meadow Hill Drive, from the south line of Wolske Bay Road and Meadow Hill Drive to the north line of 4th Avenue West, from the south line of 4th Avenue West to the north line of 6th Avenue, from the south line of 6th Avenue to the north line of Main Street, from the south line of Main Street to the north line of 11th Avenue (Highway 29), from the south line of 11th Avenue (Highway 29) to the north line of 13th Avenue, from the south line of 13th Avenue to the north line of 21st Avenue, from the south line of 21st Avenue to the southerly City limits.
CEDAR FALLS ROAD from the easterly City limits to the east line of Wilson Street and from the west line of Wilson Street to the east line of Hils Court.
CRESCENT STREET from the east line of Broadway to the north line of Main Street.
CRESTWOOD DRIVE from its northerly terminus to the north line of Tanglewood Drive.
EAST CRESCENT STREET and 4TH AVENUE SOUTH and STOUT ROAD from the north line of Main Street to the west line of 21st Street and from the east line of Red Cedar Street to the easterly City limits.
ELM AVENUE from its westerly terminus to the west line of North Broadway and from the east line of North Broadway to the west line of Tainter Street and from the east line of Tainter Street to the west line of Wilson Street and from the east line of Wilson Street to its easterly terminus.
FRYKLUND DRIVE from its southern terminus to the south line of 24th Avenue West.
HIGHWAY 29 from the west line of South Broadway to the westerly City limits.
HOPWOOD AVENUE from the south line of Birch Avenue to the west line of Tainter Street.
INGALLS ROAD from the west line of Bongey Drive to the north line of Scritsmier Avenue; and from the south line of Scritsmier Avenue to the north line of Wagner Road.
KNAPP STREET from the south line of Walnut Avenue to the north line of Elm Avenue.
LOCUST AVENUE from the east line of Broadway to the west line of Tainter Street and from the east line of Douglas Street to the west line of North Shore Drive except for traffic entering from the south on Wolske Bay Road.
LOOKOUT ROAD from its northern terminus to its southern terminus.
MAIN STREET from the east line of 2nd Street West to the west line of Broadway and from the east line of Broadway to the west line of 4th Street East and from the east line of 4th Street East to the west line of 6th Street East and from the east line of 6th Street East to the west line of 9th Street East and from the east line of 9th Street East to the west line of 13th Street East and from the east line of 13th Street East to the west line of 17th Street East, except that Main Street westbound only at the intersection of Crescent Street and 7th Street East shall not be a through highway.
MAPLE AVENUE from the east line of Broadway to the west line of Tainter Street and from the east line of Tainter Street to the west line of Knapp Street and from the east line of Wilson Street to the west line of Wilcox Street.
MEADOW HILL DRIVE from its western terminus to its eastern terminus.
PINE AVENUE from the westerly City limits to the west line of Heller Road and from the east line of Heller Road to the west line of North Broadway and from the east line of North Broadway to the west line of Tainter Street and from the east line of Tainter Street to the west line of Wilson Street and from the east line of Wilson Street to its easterly terminus.
RED CEDAR STREET from Highway 12/29 north to its northerly terminus.
RIVERSIDE DRIVE from 1st Avenue West to the north line of Highway 29.
SCRITSMIER AVENUE from west line of Bongey Drive to the east line of River Heights Road.
STOKKE PARKWAY from the north line of State Trunk Highway 12/29 to its northerly terminus.
STOUT STREET from the south line of Walnut Avenue to the north line of Elm Avenue and from the south line of Cherry Avenue to the north line of Lake Avenue.
TAINTER STREET from the south line of Pine Avenue to the east line of Broadway.
3M DRIVE from the east line of Parkway Drive to the west line of County Trunk Highway B.
WALNUT AVENUE from the east line of North Broadway to the west line of Tainter Street.
WILCOX STREET from the south line of Messenger Street to the north line of Elm Avenue.
WILSON AVENUE from the east line of 3rd Street East to the west line of 6th Street East and from the east line of 6th Street East to the west line of 9th Street and from the east line of 9th Street to the west line of 13th Street East and from the east line of 13th Street East to the easterly end of Wilson Avenue.
WILSON STREET from the north line of Locust Avenue to the south line of Elm Avenue and from the north line of Elm Avenue to the south line of Pine Avenue and from the north line of Pine Avenue to the south line of Cedar Falls Road and from the north line of Cedar Falls Road to the northerly City limits.
1ST AVENUE from the west terminus to the west line of 19th Street and from the east line of 19th Street to the west line of 21st Street.
1ST AVENUE WEST from the west line of Broadway to Riverside Drive.
2ND STREET WEST from the south line of 1st Avenue West to the north line of 11th Avenue West.

4TH AVENUE NORTH from the east line of 21st Street east to the west line of Red Cedar Street.

24TH AVENUE EAST from the east line of 5th Street East to the west line of 9th Street.
24TH AVENUE WEST from the east line of Bongey Drive to the west line of South Broadway.
24TH STREET EAST from the north line of 4th Avenue North to its northerly terminus.

B. Other Controlled Intersections: Stop signs or traffic control signals shall be erected at the following locations:
BALLENTINE ROAD, a stop sign shall be erected for northbound traffic and southbound traffic at its intersection with Evans Lane.
BRUCE COURT, a stop sign shall be erected for northbound traffic at its intersection with 28th Avenue North.
HILS COURT, a traffic control signal shall be erected for all traffic at its intersection with Cedar Falls Road.
KOTHLOW AVENUE, a stop sign shall be erected for westbound traffic at its intersection with Technology Drive East.
LOOKOUT ROAD, a stop sign shall be erected for southbound traffic at its intersection with Schneider Avenue.
MAIN STREET, a stop sign shall be erected for eastbound traffic at its intersection with 17th Street East.
NELSON DRIVE, a stop sign shall be erected for northbound traffic at its intersection with Terrill Road.
NORDSON CIRCLE, a stop sign shall be erected for northbound traffic at its intersection with Domain Drive.
PACKER DRIVE, a stop sign shall be erected for eastbound traffic at its intersection with CTH "B".
RED CEDAR STREET:
A stop sign shall be erected for northbound traffic at its intersection with U.S. 12/S.T.H. 29/Stout Road.
A stop sign shall be erected for southbound traffic at its southerly intersection with Technology Park Drive East and Technology Park Drive West.
SCHNEIDER AVENUE, stop signs shall be erected for westbound traffic at its intersection with 21st Street, for eastbound traffic at its intersection with Technology Park Drive West, and for westbound traffic at its intersection with Technology Park Drive East.
SHORE HAVEN, a stop sign shall be erected for southbound traffic at its intersection with Pine Avenue.
TECHNOLOGY DRIVE EAST, a stop sign shall be erected for westbound traffic at its southerly intersection with Red Cedar Street.
TECHNOLOGY DRIVE WEST and TECHNOLOGY DRIVE EAST, respectively, stop signs shall be erected for eastbound and westbound traffic at their northerly intersections with Red Cedar Street.
3M DRIVE and CTH "B", a traffic control signal shall be erected for all traffic at the intersection.
WAGNER ROAD, a stop sign shall be erected for eastbound traffic at its intersection with Bongey Drive.
WAKANDA STREET, a stop sign shall be erected for eastbound traffic at its intersection with Game Park Road.
WALTON AVENUE, a stop sign shall be erected for eastbound traffic at its intersection with CTH "B".
2ND AVENUE SOUTH, stop signs shall be erected for eastbound and westbound traffic at its intersection with 18th Street.
5TH STREET EAST, a stop sign shall be erected for southbound traffic at its intersection with 18th Avenue.
10TH STREET EAST, stop signs shall be erected for northbound and southbound traffic at its intersection with 10th Avenue East.
15TH AVENUE EAST, a stop sign shall be erected for eastbound and westbound traffic at its intersection with 15th Street.
17TH AVENUE EAST, a stop sign shall be erected for eastbound traffic and westbound traffic at its intersection with 10th Street East.
