4-4-2: NUISANCES PROHIBITED:
No person, firm or corporation shall permit any "public nuisance", as defined in section 4-4-1 of this chapter to remain on any premises owned or controlled by him within the city. See also section 2-9-6 of this code for additional public nuisance requirements for specified trees and other vegetation. (Ord. 2014-09, 9-15-2014)
