9-3-7: ENFORCEMENT OF PROVISIONS:

A. Authority To Issue Citations: The city code enforcement officer is hereby authorized to issue citations for violations of or refusal to comply with the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 251, 12-15-1987)

B. Violation; Penalty: Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1981 Code 501 § 8; amd. 2003 Code)
