8-4-8: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction thereof, shall be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (1981 Code 913 § 10; amd. 2003 Code)
