8-3-3: VIOLATION; PENALTY:

Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1981 Code 703 § 3; amd. 2003 Code)
