8-2-4: VIOLATION; PENALTY:

Any person or persons, firm, association, partnership or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable as provided by section 1-4-1 of this code. (1981 Code 702 § 2; amd. 2003 Code)
