Any person who maintains a nuisance in violation of section 8-1-2 of this chapter and any person who interferes with a city employee or other authorized person in the performance of any current service under this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. If convicted of such violation, such person shall be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1981 Code 701 § 8; amd. 2003 Code)
