7-1-13: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person failing to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1981 Code 101 § 13; amd. 2003 Code)
