6-5-4: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Every adult person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1981 Code 1202 § 4; amd. 2003 Code)
