6-1-6: VIOLATIONS; PENALTY:
   A.   Petty Misdemeanor: Unless otherwise declared by Minnesota statutes chapter 169 with respect to particular offenses, it is a petty misdemeanor for any person to perform any act forbidden or fail to perform any act required by this title, except a violation which is committed in a manner or under circumstances so as to endanger or be likely to endanger any person or property.    B.   Misdemeanor; Penalty: Any person violating any provisions of this title may be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, may be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 219, 11-5-1985; amd. 2003 Code)
