8-2-20: DAMAGE TO PUBLIC SYSTEM:
No unauthorized person shall maliciously, wilfully or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is a part of the city sewage works. Any person violating this provision shall be subject to the penalties provided by law. (Ord. 63, 5-6-1975)
