A. Notice Of Violation: Any person found to be violating any provisions of this chapter shall be served by the city with a written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a maximum of ninety (90) days for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations. (Ord. 89, 12-16-1980)
B. Penalties: Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in subsection A of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 89, 12-16-1980; amd. 2008 Code)
C. Liability For Damages And Costs: Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the city for any expense, loss, or damage occasioned the city by reason of such violation. (Ord. 89, 12-16-1980)
