Multiple users on one service line shall connect to the water system within ninety (90) days of the effective date hereof. After the expiration of the ninety (90) day grace period, multiple users on a single service line must connect to the system and pay the hookup fees to the city. Until individual hookups are completed, the total water usage, as determined by the meter supplying the multiple homes, will be divided by the number of homes to establish the monthly usage service for each home. When the usage is established, the standard usage fees shall be applied to each home. (Ord. 89, 12-16-1980)
