8-1-2: APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS:
The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all property within the corporate limits of the city and any special users outside of the corporate limits of the city, including all property owned or occupied by the United States of America, the state of Idaho, and Canyon County. (Ord. 89, 12-16-1980)
