3-1-12: CONSUMPTION ON LICENSED PREMISES ONLY:
It shall be a violation of this chapter to purchase wine by the drink or beer by the drink or liquor by the drink and remove such from the premises in which it was purchased. (Ord. 250, 11-23-2015)
