3-1-3: DEFINITIONS:
The following words shall have the following specified meanings when used in this chapter:
   BEER: As defined by the laws of the state of Idaho.
   CITY: The city of Melba.
   DISPENSE: The giving of a beverage to another person for any consideration.
   LICENSEE: Anyone licensed to sell either beer or wine or liquor by the drink within the city. Those licensed to sell beer shall be known as "beer licensees". Those licensed to sell wine shall be known as "wine licensees". Those licensed to sell liquor by the drink shall be known as "liquor by the drink licensees".
   LIQUOR: As defined by the laws of the state of Idaho.
   NUISANCE: Shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Melba nuisance ordinance, as amended from time to time 1 .
   PREMISES: The actual building in which beer or wine or liquor by the drink is dispensed or sold and the legal subdivision or lot upon which said building is located.
   RELIGIOUS SERVICE: A meeting of members of an organized religion who are practicing a religion and not merely drinking wine as a beverage.
   WINE: As defined by the laws of the state of Idaho. (Ord. 250, 11-23-2015)
