A. Permits Required: It is unlawful for any person to erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, improve, remove, convert, demolish or install any building, structure, fence or manufactured/mobile home without first obtaining from the Building Department a building permit, which said permit is the authority to commence construction or installation. The Building Department shall be strictly bound by the provisions of the International Building Code and State laws pertaining to buildings. (Ord. 147, 1-19-1994; amd. 2008 Code)
B. Permit Fees: Any person seeking a building permit must pay a building permit fee to the City. The building permit fee schedule is on file with the City as exhibit A and made a part hereof. (Ord. 147, 1-19-1994; amd. Ord. 258, 7-9-2018)
