§ 3.6.24 RECORDS TO BE MAINTAINED.

Every person liable for the tax imposed by this subchapter shall keep or cause to be kept such records, receipts, invoices and other pertinent papers in such form so as to enable the City Treasurer to determine the tax due thereunder.
