§ 7.4.15 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BICYCLE. Every device propelled by the feet acting upon pedals and having wheels, any of which are not less than 14 inches in diameter.
