§ 7.4.02 RIDING ON SIDEWALKS PERMITTED.
   The operator of a play vehicle may, subject to this chapter, ride the same on sidewalks in the City except on sidewalks in the downtown area defined as follows: Main Street from Broadway to Perkins; Whelen Avenue from Broadway to Perkins; Wisconsin Avenue from Broadway to Perkins; all of State and Division Streets.
