§ 51.04 WASTEWATER DISPOSAL.

To the extent that a wastewater sewer is available as described in § 51.05 of this chapter, it shall be unlawful to construct or maintain any privy, privy vault, septic tank, cesspool or other facility intended or used for the disposal of waste water.
