§ 114.01 CLOSING HOURS.

(A) In accordance with KRS Chapter 83A, an entertainment business shall not operate and shall be closed between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 6:30 a.m., meaning that no patrons of said business shall be inside the business between the above-stated hours.

(B) ENTERTAINMENT BUSINESS is defined, for the purpose of this section, as any business that operates for recreational purposes only and not as a retail business.

(C) This section shall not have any effect on any provisions relating to the sale alcoholic beverages, specifically those in Chapter 115 of this code of ordinances.
