It shall be the duty of the owner or of the occupant of each and every parcel of real estate in the city abutting upon any sidewalk to keep the sidewalk abutting his or her premises free and clear of snow and ice to the extent feasible under the prevailing weather conditions, and to remove therefrom all snow and ice, to the extent feasible under the prevailing weather conditions, accumulated thereon within a reasonable time which will ordinarily not exceed 12 hours after the abatement of any storm during which the snow and ice may have accumulated.

CONDUCT ON STREETS
No person, firm, or corporation shall use any public address system on city streets on a vehicle, or in any other way or manner, without first obtaining a permit from the City Council.

(A) Any person or persons wishing to solicit money or other contributions from the traveling public must get a permit from the city. This permit is free, but it shall establish the time for any such road block and method of solicitation in the city.
(B) Only charitable organizations, approved by the City Council, may get a permit, and they will be required to advertise such action in the newspaper one week prior to the date of solicitation.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
