§ 73.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Whoever violates any provision of §§ 73.01 through 73.04 shall be deemed to have committed a violation and shall be subject to a fine of not more than $50 for each offense.
