The Personnel Policies and Procedure Handbook, and any and all amendments, are hereby adopted by reference and incorporated herein as if set out in full; which, shall supersede and replace any prior municipal order(s) or ordinances inconsistent with the aforesaid Personnel Policies and Procedure Handbook.
