A. Any person who commits a violation of this Ordinance, shall be punishable by a fine not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) per violation.
B. The Department may, at its discretion, deny the renewal of a license to a company for failure to comply with Ordinance requirements.
C. Each observed violation shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
