A. No person or company shall engage in the business of collecting or transporting discarded materials from a residential dwelling unit or commercial customer in McHenry County without first procuring a license to do so from the Department.
B. Unless otherwise provided by the McHenry County Board, each license granted pursuant to the provisions in this Ordinance shall be in effect from January 1 through December 31 of each year.
