A. Each Cable System shall include an emergency alert capability which will permit the County, in times of emergency, to override by remote control the audio and video of all channels simultaneously.
B. A Grantee shall comply with all current and future local, state and federal regulations, including FCC regulations, regulating emergency alert systems and other similar systems, notwithstanding the repeal or amendment of federal legislation addressing emergency alert systems and other similar systems.
