CHAPTER 5.20: VIDEO GAMING

Editor’s note: The County Board passed Ord. O-200912-12-065 on December 1, 2009, to prohibit video gaming in unincorporated areas of McHenry County. On April 16, 2013, the County Board passed Res. R-2013-04-12-078, repealing Ord. O-200912-12-065, thereby approving video gaming in unincorporated areas of McHenry County.
