§ 5.28.200 CONTINUITY OF SERVICE.
   A.   Right to Continuous Service. It shall be the right of all Subscribers to continue receiving Cable Service insofar as their financial and other obligations to the Grantee are honored. In the event that the Grantee elects to over-build, rebuild, modify or sell the System, or the County gives notice of intent to terminate or desires to renew the Franchise, the Grantee shall act so as to ensure that all Subscribers receive continuous, uninterrupted service. In the event of a change of the Grantee, or in the event a new operator acquires the System, the original Grantee shall cooperate with the County, new Grantee or operator in maintaining continuity of service to all Subscribers.
   B.   Free Service Drops. The Grantee shall provide free service drop and Basic Cable Service at no charge to Schools and buildings owned by the County in the Service Area. In addition, in the event that the Grantee offers Internet services through the Cable System in the Service Area, said schools and buildings owned by the County shall receive such Internet service at no cost.
