A. Penalties. Violation of this Ordinance or any requirements or provisions therein is a Class C misdemeanor. Each day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. Each member of the sponsoring organization shall be jointly and severally liable with the organization and with each other for any violation.
B. Abatement. The imposition of the penalties herein prescribed shall not preclude the State’s Attorney from instituting appropriate action to prevent unlawful raffles or to restrain, enjoin, correct, or abate a violation of this Ordinance or of the conditions of a raffle license issued pursuant hereto.
