There is hereby adopted, and incorporated by reference as if fully set out at length herein, for the purpose of establishing standards for electrical materials and installations in all structures, that certain code known as the National Electrical Code, 1984 edition, recommended by the National Fire Protection Association, subject to the modifications provided under Section 1317.03.
