EDITOR'S NOTE: Pursuant to Ordinance 2552-90, passed September 7, 1990, Council repealed the then current Chapter 921 and enacted a new Chapter 921 entitled User Charge System "Sewer Use Ordinance" per Exhibit "A". Copies of such Exhibit "A" are on file at Village Hall.
