This subchapter sets forth uniform requirements for governing the connection and the contribution of wastewater to JSA facilities through the issuance of permits to both domestic and non-domestic users. This authorizes monitoring and enforcement activities and allows the JSA latitude to administer adequate penalties to users who violate the provisions herein.
