§ 33.17 ADDITIONAL AUTHORITY.
   The County Fiscal Court and the City of Paducah, within their respective jurisdictions, shall have the authority to establish with sufficient funding, a separate and independent storm water utility by separate ordinance, under the management and control of the Agency.
